Let's Celebrate!
Calling all past players and supporters! We would love you to join us in celebrating 100 years of rugby at the Perth-Bayswater Rugby Club - Perth Western Australia.
The celebration follows research into the club's history showing that while the current club began in 1928 as part of the rebirth of rugby in Western Australia, a Perth Rugby Club with connections to the current club was operating before the first World War.
A rugby competition started in Perth in 1893 with the first recorded match being between Swans and Pirates. Other teams in the early years included Fremantle, Zingari, Midland, Sydneys and Pioneers. The competition lapsed between 1901 and 1905. The Perth Rugby Club started its existence in 1906 and won premierships in 1907 and 1910. That was the final year of the competition and rugby was not played again in Western Australia until 1928. See the history page

| Monday 10am-12pm Champagne brunch and farewell the clubrooms (Complimentary champagne on arrival, and breakfast) |
1. A partner (one only) may accompany a registered ticket holder to individual functions at an extra cost: $50 Saturday night; $150 Black and White Ball at the Burswood.
2. Attend individual functions without purchasing the full ticket: $70 Saturday night at clubrooms (includes complimentary drink, spit roast meal, live auction of 100 Year Rugby jumpers and band; $170 Black and White Ball at the Burswood.
As ticket numbers are strictly limited and non-transferable, preference will be given to people purchasing full packages.
