CODE OF CONDUCT
Perth-Bayswater Rugby Union Football Club Inc.
This Code of Conduct was developed by a Workshop, including representatives from all levels of the club, at the start of the 1997 season. It sets standards of behaviour expected for players and spectators in conjunction with the club's mission statement: "The Best With Pride".
CODE OF CONDUCT -- SPECTATORS
- Applaud good performance and efforts by your team and the opponents’.
- Congratulate both teams upon their performance regardless of the game’s outcome.
- Respect officials decisions. If there is a disagreement, follow the appropriate procedure in order to question the decision.
- Never ridicule a player for making a mistake during a game. Positive comments are motivational.
- Condemn the use of violence in any form, be it by spectators, coaches, officials or players.
- Show respect for your team’s opponents. Without them there would be no game.
